Glasgow City lead the ScottishPower Women’s Premier League, remaining unbeaten in 20 of their 21 league games this season. Rangers, the defending champions with three straight Sky Sports Cup titles, trail by just five points in the league title race.

Drama in the Semi-Finals
Hibernian hosted Glasgow City at Meadowbank Stadium. Nicole Kozlova scored just before halftime, and Chloe Warrington made it 2-0. Kirsten Reilly pulled one back for Hibs, but Glasgow City advanced.
Rangers faced Celtic for the third straight semi-final. Maria McAneny gave Celtic the lead, Katie Wilkinson equalized from the penalty spot, Emma Lawton restored the advantage, and Poppy Pritchard doubled it from the spot. Laura Berry scored late in each half to force extra time. Rangers goalkeeper Jenna Fife saved Saoirse Noonan’s penalty and two more in the shootout, securing a fourth consecutive final.
This could be the tightest Sky Sports Cup final yet. Rangers seek a record-equaling fourth straight win, while Glasgow City, with just one domestic loss this season (to Rangers), aim for a record-equaling seventh title.
