Two giants in the world of international men’s soccer are set to clash at Gillette Stadium.
Brazil and France will face off in Foxboro in an international friendly as part of the four-match friendly series taking place across the United States between March 26-31 in preparation for hosting the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
This marks the first meeting between the two multi-time World Cup champions since 2015, when Brazil defeated France 3-1 in a friendly at the Stade de France in Paris. The match also serves as preparation for Gillette Stadium, which for sponsorship reasons will be known as Boston Stadium while hosting seven matches, including a quarterfinal, in the upcoming tournament.
Ahead of kickoff, scheduled for 4 p.m., here is what to know about the matchup, including squads and key players to watch. For the latest Resultados Futbol Hoy and match insights, stay tuned.

Players to Watch
Real Madrid teammates Kylian Mbappé and Vinícius Júnior highlight the talent on both sides, with both expected to lead the attack for their respective teams. Mbappé, just three goals shy of becoming France’s all-time leading scorer, has been easing back from a left knee injury, making a pair of substitute appearances for Real Madrid in his last two club matches.
If the French captain is slowed, Hugo Ekitike could be another forward to watch. The Liverpool striker had an injury scare over the weekend, coming off in the eighth minute of the Reds’ eventual 2-1 Premier League defeat to Brighton on Saturday, March.
